Well guys, the other day I accidentaly broke my Scouter vegeta's scouter... So I'm thinking in buying the Da Tong one and use the body for a Namek Vegeta... Anyway how is the quality on that one? I bought SS Vegeta and it was quite awesome, but I don't know about the scouter one

Here's a review of the 1st Edition Datong Scouter Vegeta. I won't be getting the 2nd Edition Datong Scouter Vegeta on my own since I'm saving the money for something else so I can't review that

The SDCC Arlia Vegeta is also gonna be made by Datong. The one you see on ebay currently available made by an anonymous company has crappy quality. Most people who bought that Vegeta showed their figures just kept falling apart upon taking it out of the box. I suggest you just wait for the Datong SDCC Vegeta version because the current bootleg SDCC Arlia Vegeta is not worth the money due to its bad quality.

hey i just got the 1st datong one recently (was originally gonna use it to make a custom ssj vegeta but then repaints were leaked so i might do namek too) and his quality is surprisingly good. I dont think it has the loose legs like the bandai version and all the face sculpts are surprisingly well done. The shoulders on mine are a little loose though and it does have a bit of that loose neck joint problem. The base it comes with seems pretty well done too. The big differences i can spot are the lines on the armor (thicker lines), less shading on the armor, brown paint on the ball joint of the tail (as opposed to skin color on original), and the screaming face eyes are painted differently (rather than looking like he's glaring and screaming he just looks like he's angrily screaming lol). The effect parts might not be painted as well either.

All in all i say its a good buy if you get him for 40ish or less, well worth it and good for custom fodder.

If it's true that MexiGoku will be the SDCC Exclusive, I wonder if Tamashii is going to take new pictures or just re-release the pictures they had for MexiGoku.

I made the mistake of only buying one so I find myself changing it constantly. So far I have had ssj, smirk and crossed arms; ssj, smirk and beam sword and regular, "alright!" face and the pose to go with it [emoji14]

Are you going to buy a second? There's nothing wrong with constantly changing the figure. As long as you're having fun with it, that's what matters most. I'll have to try the smirk with the crossed arms. That would be cool to have as a display. Cocky bastard Vegito. Still have to try Spirit Sword in display. I put the hand into the effect and was impressed how well it was designed. How did you like the "Alright!" pose? I usually try the poses on the boxes first but this time I didn't.

very interesting...technically this new Goku can also pass for the red gi Goku I've been wanting to see. gave up hope on it since the red gi was only prevalent in the Buu Saga but it's still nice to see.

Me too. I'm curious if it's the same color as Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku's gi. (Which I find strange since the Figuarts Zero Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku is a different color. I actually like that the S.H. Figuarts is a darker color though.) I wish these colors were used for Ultimate Gohan.

This theory is dependent on the lighting of the pictures which are different but this is a comparison between SDCC Super Saiyan Goku and Mexican Namek Goku.

According to Orbital Gokus hair is now metallic also. In any case I am still hoping Vegetas is a prototype and we are yet to see his updated hair sculpt.

I will take a pic of Vegetto Ang! He is still in the "all right!" Pose and looks good. Dont think I will other with another though and instead focus on upcoming releases. Need to save that cash [emoji14]

Still nothing about goku (saga the great freezer)? I need tou buy 2 of them! For saga vegeta. I am buying branjita sticker to put kaio sama symbol and on front the symbol Master Roshi! I want them now! (*_*) and of course i wouldn't sell my normal goku because its okay for cell and buu saga! ^^ so nice!
