I remember all the hate Affleck was getting when the announcement that he was cast as Batman was revealed. Now people are saying he's going to be the best Batman ever. Also remember everyone saying how Avengers Quicksilver was gonna be way better than X-Men Quicksilver.

I hope this will be a similar scenario with Apocalypse.

I was always behind Ben Affleck, he has a subtlety as an actor that I think is often overlooked. Gone Girl is a masterpiece and his best acting to date imo. But also, Affleck looks the part. He's built like Batman (Did you see how small Cavill looked next to him at the BvS panel?). Perhaps if I see Isaac in action that'll change, but I am all too used to being disappointed by Singer's visuals.

Looks way better. I really don't like Apocalypse mainly because his size, incredibly too short.

At the sdcc panel, after the trailer was over Oscar Isaac asked the crowd, "Apocalypse looks cool right?..." Like three people clapped.

I never really doubted Affleck, I just didn't care enough because it was like, a year after The Dark Knight Rises and it's like, hey batman's returning to the big screen! Plus I don't really care about him, period. He has ****** movies yeah, but whatever.

As for Quicksilver, I knew I would still prefer the DoFP version simply for that one scene...oh you all know what I'm talking about I do believe a lot of people on this forum raved about the AoU version and thought he would beat the X-Men one.

For Apocalypse...not sure what to make of that, actually.

Yeah, why not? They've done a whole 3 episodes, time for a break. Hopefully, they release it similarly to how toonami released dbz in the 90s, slow and painful with lots of repeated episodes. That would be greeeeat.

Yeah, he's done some stuff that is pretty good.

Nobody really wows me when it comes to customizing figuarts though. It's so hard to hide imperfect paint apps on these figures. Fernando Merlos on the facebook figuarts page does pretty good, definitely one of the best, but there's still a clear difference between his figures and what Tamashii does.

Wow... Yeah it's funny that most people have the power rangers response. Honestly, apoc should be largely chi and I actually wanted kevin spacey for it. Munn looks great, just dont get why the extra chest padding ruins an otherwise most accurate cb costum in a singer xmen film yet.

Proud to say I've truthfully supported affleck since day 1. Asmittedly my primal response "oh thank god cause it couldve been someone much worse, and at least I like Ben" then during th day, as I'd never considered him due to his rep and directing, I realised hed be great for the direction they went with (whoch was older, my first choice turned out to be Nolan's later revealed reccommendation: wes bentley. But as a relatively young batman.) in hindsight going with on older middle aged batman is genius imo. Case in point: everything we've seen nd know so far.

Physiclly he nails it, actingwise Ive always supported Ben, backgroundquse he fits, my only concern left is his voice. But at this point, especially cause his wayne voice seems solid, I just have faith. BvS trailer impressed me a lot, he's very well in character.

Can't ****in waaaait!

Idk, something about his head to body ratio looks off. I've seen better Majin Vegeta customs. That Nappa...wtf was he thinking? That head, it's so...perfect
