Got my Namek Goku today as well. The orange is excellent however mine had some dots of black paint on the exclusive face, go figure. There are actually a couple other areas that had dots of other paint also. Like a spot of flesh paint on one of his legs and a dot of blue on one of his shoulders. Also the right knee popped off as soon as Itried to pose him in a hunched, powering up pose. QC must have had some vacation time while this figure was being manufactured. Oh well I just hope I can score a couple more from the Bluefin site at a reasonable price.

Yeah I forgot to mention, but mine has a dot on its default stoic face, made me sad. I think my 18 has that on one of hers, but it's easy to hide. Least with Goku I have the orange...anyone know a way to get the dots off?

All this displaying got me wanting to show my stuff. I just got a new display too so once I've got everything set up perfect, I'll post my entire collection, Dragon Ball and non Dragon Ball

Nice displays guys! I always love your shelf Snake, all in the one place yet still not cramped looking! I have a hard time getting my case looking decent; 4 section between three cases and it still tends to look jam packed

Will show my collection again once Namek Goku comes, as well as my second vegetto to display non ssj (gave in) and my 3rd Gohan to paint black hair comes.

That's actually a new location for it, since it got real cramped. I need some risers, since I'm going to be getting multiples of SSGSS Goku and the Buus, if those happen to have Buutenks and Buuhan switchable torsos.

Just some group support here: I'm not getting him and this release, in name at least, was my nr 1 desired figure, yet I'm fine with not getting this sdcc ex. Still don't think he's as accurate as others say. And not what I wanted from this release (a cheap reuse of this mould and a ****** belt). Still no goku smirk. To boot, I think I'd much rather have goku with the z fighter emblem. Cause that's what he had most in that outfit. I want him paired up with vegeta, not frieza, if any. With awakening goku coming I have a great one to pair with frieza (don't care about the torn shirt inaccuracy, or the boots – not care worth this price anyway).

See if you can find the belt me crisis and Big D use(d) from a figure that iirc is quite cheap to come by, and print out a sticker of the emblem of your choosing and you're done as far as I'm concerned.

Congrats to those who have him, I do hope you're all very pleased with him and with what you paid for it. I'm happily spending my money on something else.

Truth. Awakened Goku seems to be a far better figure for a far better price tag.

Great review. Love how you always sound drunk in your reviews. And I don't mean it in a bad way. The Chinese have a saying that goes 洒後吐真言 which translates to "drunkards spit the truth". And just a little correction...there's only 1 new face sculpt exclusive to this sdcc figure. The face where he's staring to his left was in the previous release
