DBS/RoF Spoiler talk (up to ep 9-10):

So judging by the english episode titles I see on the dragoball wikia, I see that Goku becomes a God in episode 9, or possibly 10. So basically the first 10 episodes of the 100 eps DBS = BoG and then dealt with. That's pretty quick to be fair. I guess we'll be seeing how Vegeta becomes a ssjgod after that somewhere.


Where of those 90s eps do you think RoF's events are? In 10-20, 20-30? At about halfway in DBS?

Also, I don't think they've retconned BoG in any major way, so I assume Gohan being reduced in power and relevancy as a fighter continues, as in RoF he explicitly says he can only go ssj. If Ultimate Gohan was basically the most anticlimactic dumb build up of DBZ ever, I think I'm gonna skip buying U gohan. His role is next to completely ignorable, impactless and apparently doomed.

EDIT: reading this News | "Dragon Ball Super" Complete Showcase Event Reveals Series Plot which I'd forgotten, I the space between DBS' first 10 eps dealing with BoG, will be something like 5-10 episodes, and then RoF itself will also probably be about 5-10 eps. Assuming more happens to setup that they're gonna go to universe 6. I wonder who will travel along. I wouldn't be surprised if Gohan stays behind, and goku vegeta krillin piccolo and trunks and goten sneak in against their mothers wishes. Maybe Toriyama will leave piccolo and or krillin behind, dunno. Maybe Tien, if we tien fans are lucky... I wonder what this universe 6 has in store...

Just curious, why would you want the brown shipper? For resale later?

I also got a Scouter not to long ago. Bought it off New Egg. Was told I'd get a random color. Wanted blue, got green.

Just watched episode 7 and I want Beerus to die. He's a complete a$$hole and I no longer like his character. DBS is straight *****ing on the movies. It's concentrating too much on humor and the dramatic moments are downplayed with comedy. This movie stuff is just draaaging on. Half the scenes with Whis and Beerus are about ****ing food. Come on!

Agreed. Beerus in the films seemed like a guy with a short temper just doing his job, but so far in Super he seems to relish torturing people, especially Vegeta. Whether they are simply drawing him to be a major villain until Goku fights him I dont know, but its off-putting.

I also noticed the dragging on. The past three episodes were dealt with in 5 minutes of the film for God sake! If you are going to draw scenes out, at least do it to scenes we HAVENT seen a version of yet!

At this rate the Goku Frieza fight will last as long as it did on Namek [emoji38]
