Ive heard nothing about SSGSS Goku being delayed what so ever

Mine was supposed to come Sept. 3rd via Amazon but was delayed, so... yes, there's a delay. Just wondering if it's Amazon's bad or Bluefin's.

This. NEVER pre order from Amazon. Figuarts are always released at the end of the month. They just ****ed up.

Mostly this, however one caveat, a worse choice most of the time is eBay. If you pre-order on eBay, last I checked Paypal only gives you a 30 day window to ask for a refund, so if you pre-order something now that comes out in 2 months, you can then not get it and they get to keep your money.

TJ Duckett I think there wasn't a delay, I think Amazon had the wrong release date.

If you check the official japanese release date, is it 31 october 2015 (accordingly to nippon as well: https://www.nippon-yasan.com/figure...r-saiyan-god-ss-son-goku-limited-edition.html)

It means that in the US market (amazon) it take a month more to release the item, so expect amazon sending it to you around the beginning of december

@TJ yeah, anime island etc all have had ssgss Goku due the end of Nov since preorders started, Amazon done goofed.

@mipacs its jacksdos latest custom head, got it packaged with what im calling V3 datong ssj Vegeta on account of the shockingly perfect job they did on the faces this time. This Vegeta could pass as legit honestly.

Yes. I decided it was worth risking not having $25 for a couple weeks to get a cheap 2nd 18. I went to check shipping yesterday and it showed the account was deleted. EBay already refunded my money.

Same here. I've been monitoring it. The seller received 12 negative feedbacks in the last month, eventually even set the feedbacks view to private so no user were able to see. Usually when you submit a resolution, it takes couple days to a week for eBay to step in then resolve it. For this case, an instant refund was given after submission.

@Silrian That thing about the money is true... I could only look to the figures and see the money value in them... I wasn't seeing cell or freza (or the others), just the money I could sell them for...

And I'm curious about your collection, could you share a picture?

Well I'm holding out until I get awakening goku to show my new display (and maybe pc ssj vegeta too). But I have some shots still of mostly individual figures that are in the same space I keep my collection. This will give you some indication of what I do and like. (Some stuff is color edited. I'm no Orbital though!) I have a black background surrounding everything mostly as you can see. Still messing about with lighting.

(I modded my vegeta back to normal.)

By example of crisis and Big D I modded my goku belt with this one from an old uh.. forgot the company. Someone will be able to mention it. I like it, more than the exclusive's sash actually. Gotta print out a z fighter logo sometime because he's posed against saiyan Vegeta.

A full new display photo will be coming as soon as I get the new Goku! By then it won't include the androids anymore, as I assume I'll have sold them. I think I'll have from left to right:
trunks on one end solo, cell vs gohan, (ssj Vegeta solo doing final flash), frieza vs Awakening goku, normal goku vs saiyan vegeta and piccolo on the other end solo, all in action poses. And then I have a seperate space left of it with manga ssj goku (gonna switch out the heads with the new goku), ssj Vegeta crossed arms, piccolo with cape crossed arms, and krillin. For those latter four I really hope to get a Tien. And maybe an adult gohan and goten/trunks or gotenks. But I don't think I'll be adding U gohan to that, just can't bring myself to pay the money for that mould again and gohan's not relevant in it. Also doesn't truly fit gohan imo. He was never taught by roshi or his father. I also kinda still want majin vegeta and a bojack trunks (with a removable vest). Those 5 (counting goten/trunks as 1) are my last wants as it stands. Notwithstanding some stuff could be replaced with updated versions of characters.

So uh yeah there's an update, of sorts. Look forward to finally getting it right and uploading it.

EDIT: Here's a little teaser. Goku will get awakening goku's head with the same expression. To the right starting with Trunks it'll be all in action poses and fights under different lighting that I'm still experimenting with.

Yeah I need to post my display at some point too, I have been updating it recently and plan to. I got Vegetto in today, and have my second Manga Gohan on the way. I plan on probably having another large change with Awakening Goku, PM Vegeta and Trunks coming. ATM though, I plan on moving my SSJ3 Goku and Broly out for space in my case, and since I don't really have anyone to display them with...though I might put SSJ Goku with him after I get Awakening Goku to pair with Freiza.

I still hate how SSJ3 Goku has no one to really pair him with same with Vegetto, and soon Ultimate Gohan.

Thanks! Yeah that's true I don't have ssj3 goku and I find Vegito irrelevant like u gohan. I love his design, but exactly like you said, just buying stuff for design eventually doesn't hold up for me. The dealbreaker was his manga shaded ssj hair. So I passed. Hardest pass yet for me, because I do love his design, but, it should've been gogeta in the series (literally, that was the plan) and I don't ever see vegeta and goku putting on potara rings again so vegito should never pop up ever again, sad but true I think. So not spending my money on a character that's a such an oddity for a few episodes and doesn't even win. Pretty much same deal with U gohan, as I said. I wanted U gohan and Majin Vegeta together but, they don't even share screen time and gohan doesn't stay ultimate, we pretty much know that. Just seems a waste. So I've decided to just wait for a different version of adult gohan, any different version. As I said U gohan was sort of 'the new goku' type of deal but toriyama canned that (be his hand forced or not, he did can it), so the gi doesn't fit gohan imo. Except future gohan, but in that scenario its logical he'd wear it to homage his deceased father and z fighters. I would've bought ssj3 goku had his paintjob been descent, but I passed on him when I started out and don't regret it.

If I'd take it to the max I'd need another normal goku to add normal goku vs piccolo as well and basically have the five biggest battles of db+dbz lined up chronologically + a small vanilla group shot of the z fighters. That would feel so complete to me. Bojack Trunks I'd just put somewhere completely solo. Future Trunks ftw as the loner living in his ****ed up alternative universe!

I really don't expect to be collecting anything DBS even if I do like it, just don't think I'll need it. Also if DBS does make me want the god forms, they'll probably be sold out already cause tamashii's already made 'm... So yeah. Thought about Beerus, but wouldn't know where to put him. Think I'm gonna leave DBS out of collecting.

So my final checklist now is in order:
1 Tien
2 Bojack Movie Trunks
3 An adult Gohan (in a fighting atire, would personally prefer saiyaman with ssj head)
4 Majin Vegeta with a new headsculpt
5 Goten&Trunks or Gotenks
Bonus 6 An end of DB/start of DBZ Goku release (and not a god damn exclusive), with the z fighter symbol.
Bonus 7 ssj3 goku
Bonus 8 Kid Buu
Bonus 9 Battle damaged main characters???

Then I am done.

The side and frog view of this new goku head sculpt are pretty damn great, just that upper frontal view suddenly doesn't look it anymore, weird.

Only big problem to me at least is the redness of the gi. It was NEVER that red at any point of the movie. Even if Frieza somehow threw a bucket of Saiyan blood all over Goku and his gi absorbed the blood Bardock style, it STILL wouldn't be that red. It's redder than the Namek Goku. Straight up wrong. Hopefully since this one is the prototype, the final one will have a more orange color although I doubt it
