It's apparently a variant with the Tamashii colors, based off their brand since he seems to even have their insignia. Some guy made a joke about the pepsi colors oops

Is there really a "definitive" SS3 Goku available that's near-flawless? Kinda like how almost everyone is in agreement how SWA Goku is the definitive Frieza Saga Goku to own, hands down. It's recommended as a must-buy with almost all fans, very few, if any, "dislike" the figure.

If Tamashii were to do 1 more PCE & call it quits, SS3 has to be the pick.

I honestly feel like they tried to add some detail and definition that wasn't there for 'artistic' purposes since Trunks didn't have that either. I COULD see Goku (And Trunks to be fair) being that ripped, but he wasn't. Unless he was in the manga.

Also I will say, I am still a little salty about my QC issue. And since I had to ship it back wished I could have kept the extra, and sell on ebay or maybe turn into an SSJ Goku....

It looks really good alongside the Manga Super Saiyan Goku since it has that brighter pastel like coloring. I want to sell my FZ Vegeta since I prefer articulation, but whenever anyone sees my collection, folks say that Vegeta is better than all figuarts. They don't know anything about Dragon Ball or collecting, but FZ Vegeta is praised and Broly is made fun for being "the weird looking one with the big boobs".

Super Vegeta was my first Figuarts Zero purchase and I've been crazy for them ever since. Other than him, I have Spirit Bomb Goku, Kamehameha Goku, Galick Gun Vegeta, and Final Form Frieza. I would like Tamashii to release "iconic" moments from Figuarts Zero and Figuarts Zero EX. I actually prefer them over S.H. Figuarts for that specific reason. They really stand out in a display. S.H. Figuarts are much more fun though.

You mean in a regular Figuarts Premium Color edition for GT Goku? Yes! I prefer the blue, green, orange coloring of End of Z, but I love the blue gi so much I'll take it!

As to your first question, I think Golden Oozaru would look cool. Personally, I think it would have been better if that was the last form instead of SSJ3, and it would have been the reason why Goku wouldn't have wanted to use that form against Majin Vegeta because he couldn't control it. I didn't like how Goku kept saying that he gave it his all and couldn't beat Majin Boo and then SSJ3 comes out of nowhere. It's not like the Cell arc was that much better written than the Boo arc though. I've seen arguments that it's much worse since the Boo arc didn't take itself too seriously, and it was just a whacky finale.

I actually meant a Golden Oozaru from Dragon Ball GT in Figuarts Zero EX form. Since the Figuarts Zeroes are web exclusives, I figure they could release a premium color edition, as well.

I thought Goku said that he could have beat Majin Buu (Mr. Buu) in his Super Saiyan 3 form but he didn't want to because he felt Goten and Trunks should become Earth's new saviors? Now, that confused me in the series, Goku was able to go Super Saiyan 3 but refused to against Vegeta. What was the purpose of that? The Buu Saga was a huge letdown from the Cell Saga. I still enjoyed it but the Cell Saga was the pinnacle of Dragon Ball Z to me so it was a tough act to follow.

On SSJ3 Goku and colors, there isn't. Though everyone agrees the Figuarts has issues, so there's that but overall nothing that's flawless. Maybe some of the banpresto pieces, but nah. Premium Color SSJ3 Goku with fixes to the hair joints, and body overall would be great, along with better colors of some kind. No gloss on the body, etc

I put an apology in the star wars thread too but since my behavior affects you folks too I should put it in both places. Its no excuse, but work lately has been horrible, and unintentionally I have been taking it out on folks that disagree with me. It is 100% my fault and I hope folk can forgive me, I now see how much of a ****** I have been lately.

Haha. I paid $93 with free shipping. It was from a store downtown so I was able to get it the next day/today.

The scaling in the photo is horribly exaggerated. If you lift Super Saiyan Trunks' heels to Super Saiyan 3 Goku's heels, the height difference is correct.

That's understandable, that's very Goku. It made that fight very anticlimactic though. At least to me. Doesn't take anything away from Vegeta's sacrifice.

Vegeta killing those people was a great way to show that he's not ****ing around but death is a part of Dragon Ball Z that drives me crazy. It has almost no meaning to it because they can simply wish it back with the Dragon Balls. I remember being shocked that Frieza wiped out the city in Resurrection F and then Bulma said that they'll wish them back with the Dragon Balls. Ugh!

Man, thank goodness for those Toei stickers. I hate when bootleg companies try to pass it off as the real packaging. Holy cow, that's a horrible bootleg. Did they use a neck from a Taylor Swift doll?
