I'll probably buy vegeta 2.0 and BD Gohan, but honestly... I think ssj3 Goku, majin vegeta, piccolo 2.0 and a different tall future trunks (even dbs trunks would be okay with me) are the only 4 figures left that I really want. Yeah a 2.0 og gi ('OGi'?) Goku like the sdcc ex, with bo staff, would be cool.

Concerning release choices, damn it feels like old time TV and stuck with reruns when you want it to continue.
I probably won't buy any Buu but I'd really like to see one lol. The fusion buus were a bit simplish, especially kid buu I'd be curious to see, and his accessories.

On that picture the hair looks smaller than the hair, that we already have! :S

And looks worst too and with pallid skin... looks like a piece of... "white cake"?

What i am trying to say is that between this damage gohan and the sdcc gohan. I prefer the sdcc gohan. If they want to make a damage gohan, do it how must be with blood and everything else. Not this.

The hair slopes back, so it's a bad shot. It's not the correct height, but looks fuller.

Sorry snake, but I can barely see any difference in that hair sculpt, maybe some tweaks here and there. Almost every spike lines up if you put them side by side, and infact there may actually be (and this will inevitable annoy some of you ala the Vegeta debate) less line sculpting on the front. The faces seem to sit differently though, more flush at the sides and the faces themselves seem smaller, maybe thats what makes the hair look bigger?

i agree with deano, it's either very slightly retooled or the same, i think at most a slight retool is possible. I thought it was the same for the ssj1 hair as well.

Look at the tuft behind the ear. It's shorter on the normal version while the BD version is like twice the length and goes more up instead of out as a little stub. It might be just a retooled version, but it's not the same sculpt.

So yup...been over a week since I got my figure-rise Frieza. And I'm finally working on it.

Not finished yet. But assembling this is hella fun!

Isn't it? I had a lot of fun putting together Goku and Frieza. It does take quite awhile between cutting them out and then piecing them together. The decals are a pain in the ass. I'm tempted to begin paint detail on them soon. Just to give them a little more depth. It surprised me how articulated these were, too.

I'm really looking forward to Perfect Cell and the Figure-mechanics releases.

I'm skipping figure-rise Cell cuz I don't like the sculpt. Particularly on its legs. Gohan looks derpy. Buu looks alright so I preordered that. I'm on an intermission now. Hungry!!

Do I need to point out what from this list has since been confirmed? A PCE Klylin might be interesting to see.. and I recall a more recent rumor from SDCC that just passed of an "insider" alledgedly playing around with an armored Nappa prototype, a rumor that has been around since at least last year. This somewhat lends more credence to this rumor, that Nappa may indeed be on his way. Also recall Adam Newman's most recent interview of him saying that they're looking into developing more female characters.

Although a lot of this could still be BS, however at the same time a lot of it just makes sense

We have to remember when the context of these rumors were. At this point, I don't see Tamashii Nations allowing any future releases to include older articulation. We saw a huge increase in 2015 but I would argue that they took it slow in 2016 to retool a lot of their older prototypes and focus on specific Sagas. There was a rumor about Super Warrior Awakening Goku, Super Saiyan Trunks, and Super Saiyan Vegeta setting a quality standard.

- The Tien prototype included a lot of the updated articulation. There's nothing remotely "outdated" with his prototype.
- Yamcha included the newer articulation in his hips but I don't think he has a torso articulation. It wasn't based off of the old Goku mold though.
- Pure/Kid Buu was given a Figuarts Zero release. Maybe to give Tamashii time to retool the Figuarts version.
- There were rumors of Kid Goku being retooled.
- People keep talking about a Nappa prototype but haven't gone into much detail other than it being armored or 2.0 which can be easily guessed on.
- Super Saiyan 3 Goku Premium Color could still happen but, if they're possibly working on a Goku 2.0, why not just wait and update the head and hair sculpt?
- Buu Saga Vegeta could reuse the arms and legs from the newer Super Saiyan Vegeta but I have a feeling they're going to sculpt newer heads and faces for him to fit the artistic style from the Buu Saga. There's 3 different Buu Saga Vegetas they can release. One normal, one Super Saiyan/2 with halo, and one Majin.
- They gave Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks a Figuarts Zero release. Similar to Buu, they could be retooling him.
- Really hoping Gogeta makes an appearance in Super. Even if it's Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Gogeta, Tamashii Nations can do an easy repaint of the hair for regular Super Saiyan.
