Hmm I have a question friends! How long does it take for an order to actually get shipped out from Nippon Yasan? Mine has been in the "Preparation in Progress" status since January 26. Strange thing is I still haven't received any tracking numbers. I contacted their online customer service chat around 2 weeks ago and they said it takes around 3 to 7 days. When I still didn't receive any tracking info, I contacted them again yesterday. They said it could take 2 to 3 more days before it gets shipped out.

Is Nippon Yasan really that slow? Other online stores usually give the tracking number within 5 days of payment or the item going in stock and it's already been 17 days. Wow, 17 days to prepare and pack an order?! It's my first time ordering from them and I'm not impressed at all :O

Depends on what shipping method you used. The worst is shipping by ferry. That took more than a month to deliver when I bought figma Ironman Midas armor. And yes, I shipped via ferry.

Oh no, I picked the usual registered SAL as I've always done with other shops, never by boats haha :)

SAL shipments usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to deliver. Sometimes nipponyasan don't even keep you posted if parcels get shipped. But from my experiences with them, they reply fast. Try their chat feature when they're open.

It all depends on whether they'll be Regular Releases or Web Exclusives. I usually order between HLJ or AmiAmi for Regular Releases or use Nippon Yasan for Web Exclusives. I only order through those websites for releases I would like to get as soon as they're released. There are some, like Premium Color Perfect Cell, that I have no problem waiting for through Amazon.

...I assume blood will be standing outside Tamashii Nations' factory for Nappa.

The Dragon Ball Fusions update with Goku Black and Zamasu (Called Zamas in the game) is now live in NA. If anyone else is playing it.
 
I wonder if it'll remain Zamasu for the english dub of Super when that arc starts, or they'll call him Zamas. Reminds me of when everyone was still saying "Bills" and got used to it for a while :monkey4
 
Why does everyone think that Battle Damage Gohan was a Tamashii Web Exclusive in Japan? Did Bandai not feel confident enough about it as a Regular release?

I feel like Xenoverse Trunks and the Future Warrior won't sell as well as this figure and they're regular releases!

It could be a lot of factors. Sadly, Gohan doesn't seem to be a top seller for Tamashii Nations. No matter what accessories they include, the battle damage is only unique to his Kamehameha battle with Perfect Cell. Tamashii Nations can't re-use any of the parts for future releases. A lot of the newest releases appear to be paired with another release and the only release that Super Saiyan (2) Gohan could be paired with is Perfect Cell which Tamashii Nations is releasing as a Premium Color Web Exclusive.

Trunks is a great seller for Tamashii Nations and parts of the Time Patroller's body could be re-used for an updated Future Trunks release. Xenoverse Trunks and Time Patroller compliment each other as paired releases so it makes sense to list them both as one type of release rather than releasing one as a Regular Release and another as a Web Exclusive.

I really need to open my figures. The only ones I opened were SSJ Goku and Piccolo when I first started collecting this line. The sole purpose of me getting 2 each was to open one and keep the other minty fresh.
 
Thanks for the review, I'm still waiting on my Gohan to arrive. Really disappointed by the mismatched skin tone and hope it doesn't look that bad in person. I've been noticing an annoying trend or iffy or under-detailed paint on a few of the more recent releases

I don't normally watch lets-plays but you've persuaded me to give it a try with your first choice game.
