The paint application was better? All around or in a specific area?

The first one I got from Nippon-yasan had pretty sloppy paint. Mostly the fists and forearms but other places too. I posted some pics a bunch of pages ago of the crappy paint.

Great display fat boi :goodpost: I'm probably gonna steal some of your poses. and there's nothing you can do about it!

haha I mainly resemble the poses from manga / anime only,
I do think that if we utilize the joint, even for the old body, we can have good poses about them
look at my gohan using kamehameha:wink1:

Yeah that display is great dude! Also I've been using Vegeta's tail to hold the panels for years now, although I never mad a proper mod thingout of it bc I haven't reverted namek vegeta in ages.

So next week has 2 DBS eps, is it going on hiatus after that or what? Nothing else is listed.

Guidon do you have the Figuarts Broly? If so could you post a pic of both Brolys together? I’ve been meaning to get that Broly figure for quite some time but not sure of the scale. From the looks of your pics he would go very nicely

i dont have broly figuarts, he is a big disappoint to me. But if you want to know, this broly statue is perfectly scaled with figuarts. Yes, he is tall, but Broly is supposed to be like this

Almost pulled the trigger for Nappa yesterday $60 shipped but I did not [emoji24].

The only reason why people buy from BBTS is because payment is not required/charged until item is ready for shipment. When I first started collecting figuarts, I purchased some from BBTS and later found ToyzInDaBox, cheaper and free shipping but they charge at the time of pre-order.

Amazon is good too. There are price drops from time to time and even warehouse deals.

I would have to disagree!!! Broly is the best figuarts for me. The one that got me into collecting this whole line.

Wow really? To each their own, but I've always felt they nailed SHF Broly; I have no complaints about it, there's no glaring flaws and you can pose it anyway you want

I'm curious, what do you dislike about it?

Wow I’m pretty surprised myself. I’ve always thought Broly was an engineering masterpiece and the sculpt was damn near perfect considering articulation. That’s good to hear that the statue is in scale though, I’ll probably be pulling the trigger on that one [emoji41]

I think the proportions killed him for my personal taste, especially in these parts in red. The shoulders are too lengthy, they are in his eyes height, and the empty space between neck/shoulders bothers me a lot :/
i dont like the chest part either, i think it's occupying more space than it should (more ribs, like the statue)
well... i dont hate it, but I would rather have a figuarts like this statue.

but overall, it seems a nice figure. Every DBZ figuarts looks better in person than in pictures.

Hello friends! Can someone please recommend display stands that would be able to handle heavy toys like Broly and Nappa in flying positions? The regularly Stage Act 4 stands obviously can't handle these two jumbo guys and I'm not really familiar with other types of display stands. It would be awesome if they were also clear like the Stage Act 4 ones. Thanks!

The Obitsu stands are pretty sturdy and can handle characters in flying positions

it would perhaps take a few of them to support Broly though. As you can see they are adjustable too, so you would have to do more research on them

Holy crap. That looks articulated too. Where is this?

The Play Arts Kai stands work for Broly. You can buy them on evilBay between $10- $15.

Proportions aren't an issue when you play about with him ;)

I will guess its a scaled up version of the figure, like they did with SWA Goku.

Also @Adeno, you could always tighten the screws on the act 4s and double up the arms, thats what I do. they can hold up anything if tightened.
