I want Demoniacal Fit to tackle characters/accessories that the official Figuarts would likely not (or take toooooo long to) make. Despite the imperfections of their Ginyu, I found him to be fun and playable enough so I have good faith that they'll keep improving their production quality.

1. Bojack full powered version

2. Zangya

3. The movie android (Super 13?) that kicked Goku in the pee-pee.

4. Janemba final form.

5. Janemba giant monster form... even with just little articulation since it's basically a giant pokemon blubber thing.

6. Launch with both blonde and purple hair variants, must come with her trademark submachinegun and sneezing faces.

7. The robot thing that looked like a Xenomorph from the early Dragon Ball days when Goku, Krillin, and Bulma went to an underwater cave. I always loved that enemy.

8. Karin, Dende, Oolong, Puar, and the dog king of the world pack with some articulation for them.

9. A better Saibaman that actually has articulation unlike the one that came with Yamcha. Assorted colors would be nice aside from the basic green Saibaman, maybe black, white, blue, and purple variants as well just like in the old Dragon Ball Legend of the Saiyajin SNES rpg.

10. Proper SSJ2 hair/headsculpts for existing Figuarts Saiyan characters.

11. The main villains from Dragon Ball Xenoverse games, Demigra, Towa, and Mira.

12. Piccolo's "Stretchy Arm" accessories.

13. The ring announcer guy.

14. Android 19 and 20.

15. Nam, the Indian looking guy that Goku fought in the tournament as a kid, he was later given by Master Roshi a capsule that contained water for his village.

16. Drum, Cymbal, those monsters created by Piccolo Daimaoh to exterminate martial artists.

17. Uranai Baba's fighters... vampire, mummy, devilman.

18. Grandpa Gohan with his rabbit mask accessory as well.

19. Kid Chi-Chi with weapons and helmet.

20. SSJ4 Goku and Vegeta.

21. Frieza 1st (must come with his hover chair), 2nd, 3rd form, and full powered bulky macho form.

22. Cell 1st and 2nd forms, must come with "tail sucking/swallowing humans dry" accessory as well.

23. Chi-Chi, Bulma, adult versions.

24. Mr. Popo, complete with a flying carpet and a wide mouth version to replicate the scene where he swallows Goku's Kamehameha.

25. Nail the Namekian warrior.

I wish a third party company would also make a Christopher Reeve Superman that would scale properly with Figuarts...

Two figures each month would be fun & from Bandai's perspective it'll capitalize on the recent popularity of new characters on different shows & movies.

If they will be released together, I hope the same happens with the new Goku & Vegeta.

Let the rest of the year round up other characters from Super like Jiren & DBZ.

Speaking of which...

Who do you guys want to partner The Great Saiyaman? Videl or Dabura?

They may release them both but I want to hear the community's feedback & priority. :p

Videl because:
1.) we need more female representation (lets not forget a Vados prototype still exists)
B.) it would be a smaller figure, Bulma size more or less, therefore it would be cheaper

I'd prefer Videl as well. I'm already quite happy with the Irwin Dabura figure I have in my Figuarts collection and even have him in biscuit form (base of the Scultures Fat Buu from Banpresto), while my Irwin Videl is really underscaled. But if they do make a Dabura Figuarts I'm totally jumping on that. :D

I'd ideally like to have both versions of Videl, the schoolgirl version with the pigtails and the school shirt, and the tournament version with short hair. Already have a Great Saiyaman 2 / Great Saiyagirl Videl figure at this scale.

I could see them partnering Schoolgirl Videl with this Saiyaman release, and Tournament Videl with a potential Blue Training Gi Gohan.

I really hope it's Videl, I mean my signature speaks for itself lmao

Sorry I’m late to the party here haha.

I agree the scale is way way off for Gotenks. I still didn’t hesitate to buy it and am excited to have it, but he should have been the height of their version of DB Goku (which is also over sized and that one I didn’t buy). Will I get over the size discrepancy, yes. Am I disappointed he is so far off, yes for sure. I don’t think I will like the figure any less though, just wish they would have tried a little bit better as he is just barely shorter then tall as teen Gohan.

Demonically fit ... I 100% agree. They need to stick with the characters that we probably won’t ever see (ie: Bojack, Piccon, Nails, Baby, Videl, Janimba, etc). They also need to stick to accessories. Their UI doesn’t look good to me though as the hair is way too small. Also I am not digging this transparent hair kick. Hoping they decide to do the evil Goku Black face and hope we see a SSJ3 Gotenks head from them soon (if it’s transparent I’ll just repaint it).

From a show in Barcelona, Broly and A21 for April 2019???

Wow, that is very strange. If I'm not mistaken, the last time we had 2 releases in the same month were Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku and Golden Frieza. Those 2 made sense to be released in the same month...Broly and Android 21? Very strange. I was hoping for Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta to be released in the same month but, who knows, we may get that also.

My wallet is going to get hit very badly from this. :thud:

The scale issue has been a constant issue...the only question is whether Bandai has the self-awareness to recognize it or even admit it. I think on their popular lines, ultimately...they won't care. You're going to get the scale inconsistencies no matter what. They don't care cause they know it's going to sell.

Any of our Japan-based collectors may be able to attest if the market there is big on "scale"...which from my observation, they're not so much.

On some of the others, it's a different story. I'd argue that the small size of the Bowser figure single-handedly tanked the Mario line. On the lesser lines, it only takes one-or-two bad figure sales for Bandai to halt a line. I think this is mostly due to their high development costs which than translate to higher figure costs. So if a figure doesn't meet a profit expectation...they commonly cease a line (sometimes permanently, other times temporarily...a la Naruto coming back for a little).
I wonder if there will be a way to relay product line concerns through Bluefin now? That would be great, if we had a proper venue to voice our feedback.

The Mario line was doomed to fail. There’s just too many other, cheaper options, to collect such figures. And I think the TMNT line failed because they only released the Turtles and people are kinda tired of only getting the brothers. I’m almost certain if they had done a Shredder, more figures would have followed. Not too terribly much though. Damn near $70 is expensive, for small scale Turtle collectibles.

If anyone is concerned about Gotanx scale, perhaps y’all should consider purchasing the Hybrid Action figure

Holy CRAP! Was he really that ****ing big? :horror :lol

I only have the SSJ Goku and Vegeta from that line. They were okay. Not the greatest collectibles, but certainly better than those awful Ultimate Figure series toys from shortly before.

Oh, no doubt that anyone not concerned with the scale should get it. Absolutely. But for others like myself, who are scale mongers, we have to pass and merely offer critique on the situation. That’s why it’s important that reviewers should make a point not to gloss over it. Tamashii does pay attention to product reviews... sometimes.

It’s because they painted over such a dark plastic. And also because it’s right next to skintone molded plastic. Usually we wouldn’t even notice it much, as exposed areas are typically around the neck.

Anyway, they could have layered the chest in two parts, but they obviously didn’t feel this little guy warranted the extra mile. :dunno

Pretty sure last time was SSG Goku and Shenron. Didn't both drop last October? and before that we had the 2 Xenoverse figures in one month.

I'm actually surprised we didn't see any double releases this year to be honest.

Completely forgot about them. Good catch! So then it certainly is a possibility.

That's true. Double releases would've pushed sales during the Dragon Ball Tour too.
