It's from the film. Goku becomes leaner and younger looking in SSJ God form. They even mention it in the film. What would work very well, is if they released a SSJ God Goku, but included normal faces and a switchable belt piece. BAM! Instant Namek version because he's wearing the King Kai markings in Battle of Gods. Especially since he's still fairly thin in the Namek Saga. Win-Win.

Lol, well to your point, you were right about namek/god having the same symbol.

My main problem is 1) I feel hard pressed wanting another Goku release, with this being his fourth and 2) I also just don't expect it to happen. And if they don't include an interchangeable sash now, I don't suspect they'll ever tbh...

Well, I wouldn't assume anything personally, if it happens it happens. Though, based on what you've said previously, another Goku is the kind of thing that would keep this line going. So I'd say there's always a chance it will happen. The sash though, well who knows, Bandai's done cool things before. If not, I have my Banpresto Goku and it's pretty darn awesome.

My point about main character releases was solely based on the fact that people want specific version badly. The thirst for normal Goku will be quenched for a lot of people with this release, so that makes another normal goku instantly less attractive. A significant part wouldn't buy two, so the releases would only compete for the same buyer. I don't expect any Goku release except a repaint or God retooling anytime soon.

I think the highest selling release now would be buu/majin vegeta or Buu himself but '14 will probably be Goku, 17,18, Nappa and one other (or a rerelease). So for the line's sake I hope Goku sells well...

Goku will sell well but where do we go from here ?i think 17 and 18 will come but I'm just uncertain after Goku.

Saiyaman is a terrible character, yes, but the suit is great, especially with Gohans head instead of the bandana; maybe its just the kamen/masked rider fan in me that makes him such a good looking character to me lol.

Btw has Toriyama ever talked about why he chose red hair? Because I don't really get that as a signal of reaching God level.

I dont think he did, and yes, I agree with the weird choice. I would have preferred to have seen a super saiyan 4 type form only with gold fur and hair instead, like the fan made ones we seen a while back; to me that would have made a canon version of super saiyan 4, and shown he was at his peak, in sync with his oozaru and saiyan forms.

The original design was a buff Goku with hair in between SS4 and SS3, but Toriyama didn't want him to be anything like the other forms

1.) Helmet head
2.) Bandana head
3.) Regular gohan head
4.) SS Gohan head

It's real, found it on their Facebook. and I would like it to have un helmeted heads so I could put them and a Goku body
