Anyway, I'm happy this is happening, this will fuel the line for making more prototypes. I have both SDCC Gohan and Piccolo already, but I think I'll be getting the reissues too

Piccolo manga colors? Not bad, I can dig that. That gives some hope for Gohan as well. I have SDCC Piccolo and Gohan, but nothing wrong with having all the variants, in addition to display options. Though I'm surprised by Goku's lower price, he was $38.99 everywhere.

They announced reissues and none of them were SSJ Vegeta...I'mma bout to show Tamashii how much I admire their ability to die.
Apparently the main reason they're rereleasing these figures is because they have new distribution territories including the UK and Europe! I wander if this means that normal goku and android 18 will be sold on amazon uk too?

No figure past the three manga were regular releases, they were all web exclusives; for the amount you argue with folk you really should listen more, I explained this whole thing to bane not three pages back

Finally, if Frieza is getting a rerelease that throws the entire "web exclusive=no rerelease" out the window, as frieza was one.

Uh buddy, I'm not wrong. SS Goku rerelease last year took up one of the release slots. Unless we get a new figure beyond android 18 and 17 in 2014, that will mean the 2 rereleases essentially ate up release slots.

Im going to have to step in and say you are both right; last years Goku did take up a slot, thats true, but we currently have three confirmed rereleases specifically for EU countries; add that to Goku and 18 and we already have more figures than we usually get. I honestly think its just because they got new licenses, these rereleases dont seem to be apart of the usual schedule.

Big Deano you give me hope! I'm definitely gonna hang fire on a scalper SSJ Vegeta for a while as these re releases are being announced thick and fast... PLEASE Tamashii do the right thing! - I'm genuinely happy for all the people who missed out on Piccolo etc. this is really going to help the longevity of the line, which is good for us all in the long run and makes more minor characters more of a possibility in the future hopefully.

I wish I would have known that they would rerelease piccolo. I spent a decent amount on him a few months ago. I figured it would have been a really long time to see a rereleased piccolo since he was released twice already. I'm tempted to pick up another spare of each for different poses. I don't know if I need another freiza though. I would love a spare Gohan and Trunk for alternate hair styles. Hopefully SS Vegeta isn't too far behind these rereleases.

I think Silrian may be right; the way bluefin and tamashii seem to be "ignoring" the demands for ssj Vegeta tells me they have something planned for him, sdcc possibly.

THIS is the real kicker here. A WEB EXCLUSIVE IS GETTING A RERELEASE... Why am I not seeing people losing their minds!? This is maaaajor. We've been in doubt whether this was possible for all this time and now we KNOW. There is NO excuse left to not rerel SSJ vegeta!
