Can I tell you a secret? Krillin is my favorite figure. I love his sculpt. He's a man of action.
I doubt Funimation even knows much at this point.

There was a bit ago that Justin Cook was in talks with Toei and the Dub could be sooner than we think....

Yeah I can deal with Gohan tbh. He was always going to be the Goku mold, but now that we are getting a load of figures this year I can deal with it. All their budget went to Awakening Goku this year, guaranteed.

Hope so psycho, thanks! @Cartoon I think for 1 thats because toei isn't gonna give out their material before they release it themselves. Giving out the material means it can be leaked. You don't want that. As for the speed, well, what psycho said, and I feel a quick dub benefits EVERYONE. They will want as much cosistent global hype as possible to get dbz as much as possible back into the public entertainment zeitgeist again. At least, thats seems to be their desire if they're moving forward with so much stuff. (A preordered 100 eps is brutal.)
If the dub starts to air later then half a year I'm surprised to be honest. If it starts to air before september I'll be surprised in the opposite sense. I'd sorta hope they could kick it in when many later tv seasons start: October.

I don't prefer either or since it really depends on the figure. I just can't see Goku without the current pants he has. With knee joints like Krillin's I feel he would look like he's about to go rollerblading. I don't mind the current Goku pants but then again I don't know exactly how he'd look with actual knees. Krillin I just can't see without them and same goes for Trunks although it may be because they're smaller characters that it looks good

I don't expect the dub to be coming anytime soon really. They still have the entire Buu saga to dub for Kai.
So the date is still the same for Sept 2015? Just making sure cause at the Tokyo toy show it was saying in 2016 instead or something

In the meantime, get the Ocean Group to dub DBS
The ocean dub is trash. The only reason it still comes up is "M-MUH NOSTALGIA". The really early Funi dub is worse, but at least it improved over time, instead of Drummond Vegeta still sounding like an angry meth head as he destroys himself for the sake of his family.

Christopher Sabat is THE Vegeta in my ears. I heard the Ocean every now and then but nothing beats Funi dub. It's what I grew up with and while some voices for the Ocean are better listening to them now, Chris will always be Vegeta imo.
Sabat's no Vegeta to me but he does a really good Beavis voice.
