Yup, I did. Rule of thumb is: Japanese/Asian release always comes with a box, just depends if the seller ships it. American figures dont get the box anymore at all.

The dragonball line is actually often quoted as being the backbone of the figuarts line, even by tamashii employees (Adam Newman even says so in that interview)

Kamen Rider likely has the most releases, but many of them dont sell massively if the resale value on ebay et al is anything to go by, but Dragonball sells the most, outside Japan at least.

Given that catching Pokemon is strategic, the only logical conclusion is that the release will be Nappa.

He could start the revival of the Saiyan Saga releases which can then lead into the Namek Saga. Nappa's strategic as ****.
