Don't remember this character from Ronin Warriors. Was this after the original series? And why haven't they released Anubis or any of the villains yet?

It's from one of the OVAs, Legend of the Inferno Armor. Yeah, I wish they would start with the Dark Warlords already, but this guy is a good sign. He's a villain after all.
