We got the full and individual release here too.

I remember going to woolworths every day after school and sulking that i could never afford the full set so had to save up my dinner for the Red Dragon Thunderzord.

It should, probably will. But if they really wanted to be sneaky they could release a Tor, and include it with Tor as an incentive to buy it
