My legacy Megazord can hardly hold his sword. Its such a tight fit. the chrome plating is already chipped...

Yeah, same thing almost happened with mine. It was a VERY tight fit and said, 'nope.' Gave up and put in the 2010 version sword and fit perfectly.

I don't know why, but it's a widespread issue.

For mine u just had to twist a little.... But i just checked and no chrome is missing....
