Jedi Luke & Phasma arrived this week! Can't believe just how much I'm loving this line!

Just got my Luke. Really dig it, but got a scare when I tried to peg the other head in. The peg dislodged. Thought I broke it. Had to take apart the face/hair to snap the peg back in place and peg it into the figure. I always get nervous taking the face/hair off of these figures. I'm surprised I've never snapped a peg off.

Sucks that I don't have a spare Vader to use the Anakin head on. Shame.

Just opened my Obi Wan's and Luke's! Luke is the most impressive figure of the line imo. The likeness is remarkable. Phasma I'm gonna keep sealed since I wanna see how the Mafex turns out first. Overall she doesn't look bad though and the chrome isn't as dull as it seemed. Thanks HLJ like always [emoji4]

Only complaint with Luke is that you can hardly bring his leg up. Articulation is limited in that area. No big deal though. Not like Luke was throwing roundhouse kicks in the movies

He goes out the way though, which is much more useful for stances anyway.

I finally got my Jedi Luke. I wasn't impressed by pics I'd seen but so many people raved about it that I got it. Now that I have it in hand I'm mid-whelmed.

Comparing this to the BS Jedi Luke I would say that the BS looks more like Mark Hamill but the SH looks more like a real human (who isn't Mark Hamill). The physical quality is certainly better on the SH as they use superior plastic and the body/clothing sculpt is way better. Something just seems off about it.

All said and done I like it better than the BS but that's not saying much.

The wrist joints on these SH figures are what make me nervous. I recently got myself a hair dryer for the sole purpose of warming up the figure a bit (not too hot) and whatever part I'm switching out. Parts attach and un-attach much more smoothly now.

Got a point, though a quick google search gives Hamill's height ranging from 5'7" through to 5'9"[emoji106]

I like it! The Driver sculpt does have a bit of the usual Medicom Asian look to it, but it's still very good overall.

It remains the best mark hamill likeness I've ever seen in any figure whatsoever. (Statues excluded mainly because I know little of them.)
