Ebay, yes as of now, no known knocks offs, so get em quick, then start pre ordering ASAP

Man these look so good. I sold my vader and stormtrooper. Might get into this line again. Didn't imagine it would span out this far. Hot toys star wars just hasn't caught my eye yet. I think I might go with figuarts and keep my star wars in 6 inch scale and marvel in 1/6.

Scored another Maul and Thor, thanks for the heads up! I'm gonna pass on the clone and droid, not a big fan of both. If SH Figuarts released Captain Rex and Commander Cody, then I'll be over that in a heartbeat.

Yeh I'm not a big fan of that clone design, the Episode III ones were far more interesting looking and ones which could be Rex and Cody would be great for me as Rex could join my hero's (seeming what appears to be his storyline in Rebels) and face off against Cody amongst the villains. I am rather tempted to pick up a Droid or 2 though...

Obi-Wan looks great, while not being my ideal Obi (I think his best look in the PT was Episode III as he looked like a true Jedi Master) I liked his introduction in Episode I plus who doesn't want him facing off against Maul!

Kylo is a grower, I initially didn't like neither his Figuart or HT... I am now getting more tempted I just wish I knew what else was coming to seal the deal with possible display options, well other than Troopers but even the Figuarts would be expensive to get 2 or 3 never mind the HT's, though when it comes to the Troopers I kinda hope they can do a commander variant like HT's have.

The plaque seems to suggest shes a Figuarts.

Yep, it has the logo to the right of the figure and the Kylo is on the left. Also every site that's posted this picture confirms it's a SH Figuarts figure

EDIT: oh of course there's the upcoming sw movies. Looking at what Tamashii's doing with DBZ, if they have the rights, good chance we'll see an shf kylo ren etc.

I realy like hoby link Japan (HLJ) ami ami is also good unless you need to deal with there customer service then there crap. Big bad is good but over priced.

big bads only over priced though because they have to pay retail as we do, then try and sell it, they dont get any breaks like they normally would through tamashii because these cant be distributed in North America

Giving the Black Series some love I just went to my local targets and the displays that are going up are pretty nice .

There is an interactive BB display already up.

Man I wish there was a LCS or store that are selling some SW
Figuarts on FF but there just aren't

Do you think the Disney store might possibly sell figuarts for this event. I stopped by my local Disney store and they told me they have no clue what merchandise they will have for FF. they won't be told until after they close early tonight

These are probably the most impressive TFA figures I've seen but I'm a little loath to drop any cash until i) I've seen the movie and ii) people have written comparisons of the many TFA lines out there. Hasbro and Bandai will be the first in stores, but Kaiyodo will probably throw their hat into the ring later on as well, and I don't really want to risk buying the same character three times to find one figure I'm happy with.

And then there's the Elite series, which throws it all into disarray again

^yeah it's really hard to judge how much these characters will impact the movie

Suppose Capt. Phasma only gets a scene and they kill her off

I think it's really too soon to go busting our wallets trying to collect every single character

That's actually very annoying, especially because this is one of the only time I've seen a female character with armour that looks completely practical and believable. It's a little thing that annoys me about character design, folks forging breasts into every chestplate seen within two feet of a lady.

Obi wan padawan ver looks great. I'm buying him as well, but that qui gon lightsaber is weird though. Does that mean they aren't making him? I'd love to pick him up as those 3 (Obi wan, qui gonn and Maul) are the main characters that I want from TPM.

Not planning to get those episode VII characters yet. Need to see the movie before I commit. If the main villain turns out like Griveous or Dooku, then my wallet is safe.

HT is getting too expensive for me. Think I'll just get these for my SW figures as the head sculpts are very good now.
