That's web exclusive. Meaning you can get it on Bandai's web store only. And nowhere else unless a store like nipponyasan is authorized to sell it. Also, there is a shipper box that comes with said item.

Nippon isnt "authorized" to sell it, they buy them like anyone else, they just buy more, which is why theres a mark up, because they pay retail

Second email for Nin-Nin about Anakin preorder:

"Hello again.
Before placing the preorder for this figure I asked you about the extra head that is supposed to be included with this edition. You answered that actually it's included, althought it's not shown on any of the item's description images. So, I see that you have not added yet the extra head image pic after my question. How can I be sure that it will be included? Please I need your final confirmation about this.
Than you!"

Nin-Nin answer:

"Hello,

It's a complete edition, as other S.H figures, so it comes with extra head ;-)
We have update the product page.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best Regards"

Its updated now. Still not sure whether to go with Nippon or nin nin. Nin nin has pretty good shipping ($90AUD shipped), but I've heard some bad things about their service...

Anyway, I 've heard also bad things about Nippon Yasan, so price by price, I go Nin-Nin.

Does anyone know if the Death Trooper specialist is available to preorder anywhere? I keep seeing pictures of it displayed at all the showrooms. I don't understand why they would wait to make this available when it's just some extra accessories. I'm not really interested in the standard, looks too plain and I just want one anyway.

edit- I guess theyre doing it so they sell more of the standard release.

Not yet. I'm sure it'll be the next exclusive. We've only just had Anakin, so I suspect they want to wait a month. Maybe a PO next Friday?

Looks like we'll be getting the Death Trooper specialist soon then! Love the look of the troopers together. Now they just need to give is someone to display with K2SO!

After a fairly lengthy delay (languishing in HLJ's private warehouse and then having the misfortune of getting bundled in with a package that took six weeks to arrive), I finally got my Jango Fett, and what a hot mess it was out of the box :monkey4

Given that's in the bargain bin everywhere right now, I didn't feel precious about modding it at all. Should have taken some "before" pictures, really.

- Removed excess paint wash on the silver sections with hard and soft white erasers and used the fingertip of a silicon glove to buff it out slightly
- Used a Mig dark wash to pick out the straps
- Ended up having to use some acrylic paint to fill out the edges of the straps
- Washed and sponge weathered the jetpack to make it look less shiny and toy-like

I'm probably going to try and improve the look of the crotch some more tomorrow and maybe paint in the buckles and fastenings with a metallic brass paint. Overall not too gripped at having to work on a figure this expensive to make it look halfway presentable.

Don't remove the plastic wrap in its torso. Otherwise you'll get that flippity floppity torso everyone is complaining about.

Too late :( Fixed it by tearing a square off that same plastic wrap and jamming it between the ball and the socket. Worked like a charm.

I should probably mention my copy of the figure had thick, streaky applications of wash all over the silver sections of the head, chest and thighs out of the box. So messy you could see the brush marks. Was not impressed.
