I know more about stormtrooper helmets from all 4 films they appear in, than I should admit.
The SHF R1 sculpt has a degree of stylization to it that renders it inaccurate, but it remains an excellent representation; arguably the best in this scale after you take into account build quality and finish.
The HT helmet isn't that accurate. It's good, but softer than the props in R1, which are tweaked, idealized and symmetrical, but still close to the originals.
No one has ever nailed the originals in toy form, although a few have come very close. Closer than SHF, sure ... but the materials and/or quality let them down.
So I turn off my Nerd OCD and enjoy the hell outta these. With Disney milking Star Wars, someday these may be surpassed, but I'll remain happy with these for now.
In-hand, they display beautifully. No complaints.
