I have neither the original nor the new one. And now I want both. Well well... I will try this strategy: flex pay the new and wait for a nice deal on the original.

I will need the new Wolvie though... oh the capitalism.

you'll be fine with the new one, the first Sabretooth is great but unless you have the yellow costume wolverine, it really doesn't go with a lot of other pieces... unless they release a Magneto sometime soon.

Yeah I think I'll stick to the new one because: he is supposed to be displayed apart from yellow/blue Wolvie in my collection anyway, also in a near future I will get some custom X-villains (Omega Red, Juggernaut, Mr Sinister and Magneto) so he will fit perfectly regardless of his classic or modern version I suppose... aaaaaaand I can flex pay him. So it's settled... new PF it is !!

Does sideshow keep their original molds? Its exactly the same, just without the pj's. And it explains why there's no ab definition. It's not a brand new sculpt.

They are awfully similar if it is an all new sculpt. I mean, I can pick out differences, but you would think they would have varied the stance a little?

Either way, this one will be ordered. Love this piece!

Oddly enough, since the new one was announced, the old one seems to have gone UP in price, which I don't understand. It was not really moving all that long ago.

It is the same mold. It's a variant based off the original Sabes PF. Obviously, they tweaked it to change it to his classic costume.

I'm fairly certain is stomach is fabric. With the seems around his legs, it looks like his while suit is fabric.
