Not something I wanted to do but we've had so many cancellations over the last few months. This has left us with so much extra inventory that has been tough to sell. This also affects how much new inventory we can order. If we're not selling what we have, we don't have much of a budget to order new stuff.
Most of you here are some of my best customers. As you guys know, I'm quite reasonable. Having said that, if situations arise and you need to cancel your pre-order just send me an email. This policy is not set in stone, I'll do my best to help you out.
I tried being very flexible with the pre-orders but have been taken advantage of by some (no one on these forums). Most of the sideshow and hot toys stuff is very limited and we usually only get enough to fullfill our pre-orders.
As a very small business, cancellations have a great impact. At this time, I believe it's the best option for SPC.
