I think this is a great example of where it's a bad idea to follow followers.
Harold Camping's church left their homes and livelyhoods and invested in a very unlikely scenario. In more than one news report Camping's people broke away from their families. These people in turn persuaded more easily led others to do the same.
Camping has five more months to whip these robots into a frenzy. I hate to think of what some of them might do.
I don't have a problem with anyone who believes or has faith. To each their own. I do have a growing concern about Brand Name religions and the control they exert over people.
