I have not heard this addressed. Does the Saturn Batman have the three removable lower faceplates like the HT version does? If so, do we know what the other two look like? Lastly, for those who have the HT version, if possible, you can use one of the 2 from the HT version that is still in the box and use it with the Saturn version. If it fits perfectly, then that solves the problem of not being happy with the new sculpt.

Yes, the set is a complete replica of Hot Toys', apart from the base design:

From the start I wondered about using HT faceplates, but expected it'd be a longshot since recasts aren't generally identical in size to the original.

I was thinking about the alt expressions too. Perhaps there's hope if you want your West with teeth gritted.

The best expression -- well, the most Adam West -- is that stoic blank look.

Looks like this set is a downgrade from the Hot Toys Batman/Robin I already own but I'm OK with that due to low price.

Plus, these figures will be tucked away in the JazzInc 66 Batmobile so I probably won't even notice any inaccuracies.

The issue being the top of Batman’s head is pinched. Just can’t get passed that.

They look good apart from Batman's baggy pants.

Looks like Mars kept to Hot Toys' less than 1/6 scale, which means that they fit in with their too short Jokers.
Baggy diaper shorts, no fat suit under Batman's outfit to give him that distinct dad-bod appearance, suit looks loose around Batman's upper sleeves, Robin's sleeves are ill-fitting, a stiff looking cape (on both) and Batman's face is stretched with eyes too close, looking almost like Mr Spock. Robin turned out well enough, but I can see the face feels a tad squished with a round nose. Almost looks like Michael J Fox.
The old HT figures were great at the time, but the Batman figures shows its age and could use an upgrade. Hot Toys did extremely well with the costume tailoring of spandex and satin at a tiny 1:6 scale - not an easy thing to do with those fabrics. I always suspected a smaller company would have some trouble with the costuming and that appears to be very much the case here. However, these aren't too bad at all as a cheap alternative/substitute for anyone who missed the original HT versions and can't drop the big cash for those. These are better than the dozens of custom Batman '66 figures that were made and sold prior to the licensed HT version. If you can live with the faults and they aren't glaring eyesores when on display, then this set is a fair option.
I have two sets of the HT versions, so this isn't a priority purchase, but I'd consider them just to shove into the Jazzinc Batmobile, sort of like disposable crash test dummies. Only the upper body would show at one particular angle and I wouldn't care if they got dinged or snagged when display in the car.

Hi - I missed the HT Robin back in the day and have always wanted to get him. Is there a legit/reputable place to still order these?

Is BigBreda too busy playing with his Blitzway Afterlife Ecto-1 to put up the Batman and Robin review? :impatient:

From 2:18:05 there's talk of Batman and Robin.

There was a paint defect on Batman and BigBreda was asked not to show him until he's received the replacement part. However, he did show him.

The Bat logo can be adjusted upwards as the suit is movable. The shorts can also be pulled up higher under the belt. The cape material is "amazing."

The cape fastens to the suit with poppers as on the Hot Toys:

With Robin the verdict was that the suit was exactly the same as Hot Toys', but the face appeared to be younger. The "body is really good".
