i noticed the same. log in to your ebay account. do a search and watch the items you want that have a buy it now. then do a live.com search for anything that will produce the cashback sign with an ebay link. i searched for sideshow spiderman. once an ebay link is visible, go there. you'll see the cashback logo telling you how much you will save, then go to your watched item. as long as you still see the logo, and use buy it now within an hour, you're good. this worked for me.

search to produce a link to ebay. Tried sideshow spiderman, xbox, grail - ok
I didn't really try grail.
