Question to those that already transferred cashback funds to their PP account. I did it myself then went back to live.com, did a search and brought up ebay. Its no longer saying im ineligible since I already had used up my 3 purchases. After you transfer a cashback claim to your PP account are you able to get more item(s) from ebay until 3 are showing in your cashback account again??

Has anyone had a problem with a moving target for the "available date" that you
see in your cashback summary screen? I swear I checked two days ago and
it showed one of my refunds with an available date of 26 August - and today it
shows that same purchase as having an available date of 27 August.

After the money becomes available, you still need to wait another 14 days before
it actually can get transferred to your PayPal account - ?
