Hi everyone from ape town! I have purchased some paints and have a question for Angel! Hi mark, I have purchased the Primary Red for the Gorilla boots and want to also start the hands! Did you mention starting with the white wash and then using the black enamel for the fingernails? I was thinking about using a tad of black to make a gray color. Also, where did you get the Citadel acylic paints? They did not have them at Michaels.

I'm working on that 1:1 inverness cape jacket. I've only got the shell done but I want to make some headway on it as the guy has been asking where it is.

wow, funny! I was just looking at the same horse. What do you guys think? With some tweaking, would it work. I would imagine the scale is fine for dragon size bodies?

I still love all of my Sideshow apes. They're so great. Who else could give me Cornelius and Zira I could play with, huh? Hot Toys certainly is not doing anything. So come on, HOt Toys--what say you? Where be the chimps? Where be the orangutans?

EGADS! The Star Trek convention is March 12, and I haven't started my costume yet other than piling my fabric and makeup together. I may have to go as Uhura again. I hope not. That gets too boring. The world needs an Asian Romulan commander, doncha think?

Guys you'll have to see my little gorilla playing the piano. I'll try to get a better video of him in the daytime so you can see his facial appliances. I really wish he would let me black out his eyes...but it's still cool he wears the mask I made him if I ask him nicely.
