big thanks to S-Ramos for posting that. when i saw that i knew we'd been screwed because the email that had used to Ramos send payment to Melvin for the fig he bought was ALSO THE EMAIL MELVIN HAD GIVEN ME TO DEAL W/ THIS KOREAN CUSTOMIZER!! oh and "Melvin's name is Andrew Soliman

His real name is Melvin Pelayo. Trust me.

i got it from my Paypal transaction details. see i gave him money for figures that he as Melvin was selling and also gave him money as "Vancei", or Dae as he said he liked to be called, for a custom figure.

thanks to another guy here i just found out today that Vancei's name is Lee Jae Sung.

Not sure if this is the same person or if this will help in some way, but I found this while googling the maspelayo from the e-mail address you guys posted. It was the only thing that came up.

If it is infact the same person, you may be able to get some information from the sellers/buyers that did business with this person. This maspelayo person just seemed to drop off the face of the earth, not even responding to the last item they won on e-bay. Again, not sure if this will help in anyway, shape, or form...but I thought it was worth posting cuz anything that will get this person caught is worth trying IMO.

I guarantee its him now after seeing that. Its too bad the Ebay couldn't help with some information on him, but I know that it would be against their privacy act. However should the FBI or another organization get involved, they would be able to obtain it from them...

I just alerted the Enterbay board administrator to this thread. Melvin is registered there and leaves cheerleader-type postings encouraging them for posting updates. No doubt so he can pretend to know Arnie Kim.

Thats where he told me he was from when he gave me a shipping quote for a couple of figures I was interested in.

i believe that is for filing about internet fraud^. it would probably be a good idea for everyone who was a victim here to file a complaint w/ them, giving them all the info (emails, address, names, ect) that they have.

and he's told many he lives in Australia, but Student Toe had a great idea about getting his address.
