SCAM EBAY SELLERS!! Beware of these guys ( red_star2013 and sc store9999 )

I want to introduce another ebay seller, it is "goodshipped".
THIS GUY IS UNTRUSTED, DOES NOT SEND THE ARTICLE AND DOES NOT RESPOND TO MESSAGES.
Avoid buying anything from him. I propose that this nickname be included in the list of thieves. 2019 I buy Mandalorian HT TMS015, I have not received it yet.

Hi new name for the list nuoya2012 currently has 120 hot toys listed so seems to be taking up the slack as more complaints pile up against red star & scstore. i believe thats 17 accounts so far.

I told Redstar 1689 I didn't want the item anymore and to refund me. He just went radio silent. Then in my last message to him I told him he stole 325$ from me and he was a thief.

The fact that he sent me a 2$ junk item instead of my Hot Toys figure confirms he's a scammer. There's no way this kind of shipping mistake can happen.

I'm pondering to call ebay again even if the 6 months is passed . They did de-list my item after I paid for it therefore I could not file a claim in the correct time period even If I wanted to because my item was deleted from my purchase history. So this mess is partly ebay's fault . I wonder if there's any merit to plead my case that way.

You can try calling eBay (and honestly if that's what you want to do, don't wait on THAT too), but I think you can expect this to be an expensive lesson for you.

Scammers are gonna scam, but it's buyer beware. And you were given more than enough info to know this wasn't legit and had plenty of opportunity to cancel.

Hi i can find no connection to the other scammers, his feedback has satisfied customers for both parts & full figures & his listings have correct details, also listings i checked are for small quantities which is a good sign. hope this helps.

I have an order with red_star1689 for Heavy Mando from January. It's the same situation as you where eBay removed the listing. The reason I trusted them is that I ordered Incinerator Trooper from red_star2013 (the seller in the thread title) and it eventually arrived. I figured they were the same business and they just get very late batches of the figures. If I start to approach 180 days with no delivery then I'll just get my money back from Paypal.

For what it's worth red_star1689 responded to my request for an update a few days ago saying things are slow due to coronavirus. I'll post an update if anything happens.

red_star1689 are totally scammers , I bought the mandalorian hot toys and today just received 2 random headsculpts in a small box, we should find other people who has been cheated and do something about it​

I felt I needed a sense of closure so ordered from a Canadian local dealer through Amazon. In all the figure will have cost me 325(scam)+375USD(new fig)=700$. My only consolation is that the price for this fig might be even higher than that in a year or so, especially since it's Boba Fett.

I will let you know if this new transaction goes well and I am NEVER buying these kind of collectibles on ebay again

Well, I got the new figure from Amazon today .No issues ands it's very nice. I'll just have to forget about this incident but at least I didn't miss out on it which would have been a double loss for me.

I'll never buy a collectible on ebay again or anything from China

Thing to do is: everyone scammed (myself included): on ebay - buy the cheapest item they have in store, then leave immediate feedback on 'presale' scammed figurenot sent - communiactions blocked after ebay and paypal protection periods had ended. State figure.
Everyone do it - best 4 quid or euros you can spend.

Hi weeks back i went to each of the scammers ebay shops searched for hot toys by latest listed & saved the searches then i created 4 messages such as ''scammer has many accounts & none send out preordered hot toys please investigate'' then each day i fly thru these saved searches pasting these comments into any new ht listings ,it takes maybe 15 seconds a time. usually between 2 & 8 a day , it may seem petty but if more did this who knows. there is a definite shift in ht listings from scstore/red star/iwstore to their lesser known accounts so keep checking location & vat numbers.

I know this thread is meant for accounts to be weary of, but I just wanted to chime in for one seller I’ve been having good luck with lately for lower cost headsculpts: wholesale-vip

I would keep in mind that I haven’t spent over $20ish on a single item with them, and all my packages have arrived in 30days or less to the US with them using SpeedPAK. So, just in case anyone is looking for some cheap KO headsculpts, or other smaller parts, they have been a good place for me so far. After getting burned I didn’t want to order from China again, but they had such a good sale on headsculpts going on at the time, so I took a chance at only a little over $10. Since then, I’ve had 4 orders from them and all have arrived.
