Scammed on Ebay

hear about these fraudulent chargebacks and "Paypal siding w/ the buyer no matter what" kind of things all the time. i'm thinking of starting to sell some stuff on Ebay. is there a good way to keep this from happening?

like would clearing out the cash balance regularly be a good idea, or will Paypal just take the funds out of the credit card/bank account u have registered w/ them?

The rule, there is to, always clear funds from your paypal account. You may have that account cancelled and loose your feedback, so have to begin from scratch. They can't touch your credit card.
