Just buy it! :maul

I have an extra regular edition too, I should probably just do a giveaway.

The extreees do look enticing. I too would like to see a few more pix of the innerds though before I shell out that much in this economic climate... Owwww, FRIGID!!!

Ok, I got mine today. You want pictures here they are. First off this thing is HUGE. The landspeeder and Death Star pieces are not cheap hollow plastic either they are sturdy and heavy. The main book has so much extra stuff inside its crazy. It has a lot of pull out stuff like the Star Wars Vault book had... its pretty much an entirely different book than the regular. There is no way I would have bought this for $400 but at $127 its a steal. I hope to watch the dvd sometime this weekend too. The only bummer thing is that you can't take the Falcon piece off the cover (at least I didn't want to try.)

The DVD is about an hour long and its pretty much just Peterson talking about different sculpts (each one is just a few minutes.) Most of what he says is also in the book but they show some cool pictures to go with it. Kind of neat to know that you could ride the Sandcrawler and they also made a Ponda decapitated head for Obi to slice off in the cantina but then decided to just use the arm so it wouldn't be as grose.
