Hows the parking at the convention center?

Its fine for me. Last several years, I show up around start time, and there is a few lots on the side by that stadium, I have never had a hard time parking for lack of availability. My parents who hate walking hire those bike guys for fun. Its like a 5-10 min walk. I like having my car with me and feel comfortable downtown driving since I do it in my city.

Funny thing is I am always surprised how easily I find parking. When I walk up to the Center I am in awe at all the people and everyone getting off the trolly, im thinking where did all these people come from, parking lots are empty.

Available now - Marriott Marina - $425/night - but you pay in advance and it's non-refundable. Past couple of years I was able to book the Hilton Bayfront in advance, but not this year.

The trolly costs as much as maybe a hour of parking in downtown SD. You can drive to the mall in Mission Valley and spend a few bucks and get right dropped off right in front of the CC.

Thats odd Hilton has most everything locked down in the area, I can't even get anything with the status I have with Hilton right now.

Dave is a great guy, but unfortunately I haven't even had a chance to talk with him very much. He's quite busy at SDCC and especially the Freaks party. I swear we need a SDCC without the SDCC part so we can all just sit down and talk without having to shout over loud music and other noises

SDCC without the party is what the rest of the days are for. Guess, I hang with enough freaks outside the party to get that all in.
