I doubt you'll be puny, I'll prolly be on a cut by that time regardless so I'll more than likely be around the 180-185lbs level, right now I'm hanging around 200-205lbs by winter maybe 215-220lbs if I can keep it lean enough.

This past year I cut a bunch of muscle mass for running. Now I am probably going to start including hardcore resistance training as well. WIll look to put some mass back on but not too much.
