Has anyone heard of Secret Compass?

They've got a lot of products and have reduced prices on a lot of them.
I'm wondering if any of you guys have had any history with them and are they a reliable distributor for sideshow/iron studios/xm studios items

I have had good and bad with them. If there is nothing wrong with your piece you will be fine, otherwise expect to have to deal directly with manufacturer who may or may not be helpful.

I have dealt with them several times and they have always provided great communication and prompt shipping. One of my favorite stores to buy from. With that said I have never had to deal with receiving a damaged item or any other common issue so I cannot speak to how they would deal with things like that. Great service and quick shipping though!

Great store to work with with excellent customer service.

I've had a couple of issues with Hot Toys figures I've bought from them and they got the replacement parts from Sideshow for me.
