So basically, you'd keep it. Have you thought to post on HT's Facebook page about the missing donuts or contacting SSC's live-chat or calling customer service to get an official response? Or are you just posting here not adding anything constructive to the situation?

I like all the great things you add. You want everyone to keep quiet about their missing product. Don't want to upset the nice folks at Sideshow.
 
That would require confronting the problem head-on. Most posting here would rather whine about it over, and over, and over, and over, and over than do something of that nature. :lol

If only people whined this hard over relevant things. That's why nobody takes anyone seriously anymore. All they do is talk, talk, talk, talk, without any idea of what they're saying. When people offer up simple age old solutions such as following through they take it as well let me talk some more because I can.

No, I just think it's redundant other than to have a communal group to whine to. I think it's hilarious that everybody's "sent in" requests, but nobody's taken the direct route and spoken to someone "live." :lol :huh

You don't have to have a facebook account to contact the live chat or call the free customer service number. I think you just like to whine for the sake of doing so. The bottom line is that if HT intended this release to have the donuts, they'd be there. They're not.

Okay, enough already about these flippin donuts.
May I just say to those doing the reported posts, they need to look at their own actions too as the 'abrasive' behaviour in this thread goes both ways..

So, I will repeat what I posted on page 2 of this thread:

Ever think that as Hot Toys Distributors they don't check the contents when they get their allotment from HT and they forward them on to the customer asap.

If the Donuts were not included they maybe they were not provided by HT, y'know the people who made the piece.

May I suggest you contacting SS directly rather than starting a petition for an item that has already shipped. They will be able to address your concerns directly, advise you if there was a mistake and let you know your options:

If anyone is unhappy with their purchase, please contact sideshow ASAP either using the details above, the live chat or writing to them.

I know JohnnyT mentioned he has emailed them so I will keep this thread closed until he (or someone) receives an answer from Sideshow.
At that point, as soon as a reply is received from SS, please forward a pm to me with the information and I will add that info to this thread.
Anyone who has contacted them, and hears from them please let me know and I will add it here so others are updated too.
That way everyone who has this piece and is upset about their lack of 'Donuts' will know the reply Sideshow has given and they can act accordingly. Whether a person ultimately decides to return it, complain to Hot Toys etc, it is up to the individual.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT DONUTS......

I've just been contacted by someone who has used the Live chat chat feature with SS since this thread was closed. Firstly thank you for passing this information on, much appreciated.

Here is their conversation and the explanation to everyone's enquiries:

So, as it seems the Donuts were not misplaced, forgotten or just not included. They should not have been in the description in the first place.

I hope this resolves any queries people had about these donuts.
If you are still not happy about the situation then I suggest you contact Sideshow if you want to return your item, or Hot toys if you want to complain about them not being included.

I have posted this in the Secret Project Thread too.
