Either way, I'm only seeing average reviews for this movie, and many say Bale speaks like Batman quite a lot in the movie. I don't know how much truth there is to this but from all the clips, it does seem to be true.

Totally agree. There could be a chance i'll get some enjoyment out of it but the general consensus is that its a good looking video game full of crap dialog and cheese.

People who say 'make your own mind up and the critics are idiots' , hate to break it to these guys but they are film buffs like us, if they weren;'t they wouldn't be doing the job they are doing. When a film is on 35% on rottentomatoes, its usually because its not very good. And people who aregue with that are ignorant.

From what Im reading it sounds like the best parts of the movie are parts when the endoskeletons are chasing people. Sam Worthington seems to have been a good actor in this movie, and seems to be favorited over Bale.

I think ppl r judging this film too quickly. Its a first in a trilogy set in the future and harry n d rest feels let down coz its not a terminator film they all once knew. What does that mean? It got references to past films, memorable action scenes, terminators and arnold.. only that its set in a post-apocalyptic world. Its a terminator film for goodness sake, nothing more. The storyline of the series has always been pretty brainless anyway.

We should give McG a break. He's setting it up for what is to come, and seeing that there's still time to do that.... it just seems like new trilogy vs old trilogy star wars eh? Hopefully by the third film, he manages to redeem whatever mistakes he made just like how Revenge of the Sith did for the new star wars trilogy.

Btw, I haven't seen d movie yet, but at least I'll do it with an open mind.

It looks interesting this movie. I'm sure it will be an enjoyable movie, I hope. But I personally think the terminator mythology ended in T2. T3 was pretty much not worth making, passable. Its getting tiring for this franchise, its stretching too much. Its becoming uninteresting now, the topic of man vs machines. From seeing the trailers and the clips, strangely I am rooting for the machines, which I shouldnt be.

how can you judge this film if you havent even seen it if you've seen it then fair enough but just making assumptions is dumb if you ask me. i look forward to your worf gif deserving responses

I got a chance to watch it at my friends screening on Tuesday. After seeing the film, I personally I believe the film is overrated. There was a bunch of stuff that could have been done better, some of the scenarios didn't even seem possible or things happened way too quickly etc...I was pretty disappointed with the lack of T-600 and 700 roles in the film. I guess I was expecting something a bit more epic and nostalgic but none the less, the film was decent. I'd give it a B

On the plus side, I can see the possibilities for a new Connor figure!
