how can you judge this film if you havent even seen it :duh if you've seen it then fair enough but just making assumptions is dumb if you ask me. i look forward to your worf gif deserving responses

What?........

just saw it this afternoon, there's a few scenes missing that were i the trailer, and dialogue that refutes some of the collectible designations.

the whole skynet replicating tissue for t-800 scene not in film, marcus referred to by skynet "herself" as a protoype infiltrator, never a t-rip designation spoken or displayed on screen, and what we call the t-700 is referred to as the t-800 by connor.
hope they make it into the home release. nothing that destroys the plot or flow of the story, but might have "added to the canvass" so to speak. the score was good overall but a little overly dramatic in a few spots. yelchin's spouting of "t" designations whilst in the mist of battle were a bit trite. obviously for the audience's benefit. bale's batman voice wasn't as noticeable as some say his potrayal was solid, worthington was top tier even when his accent snuck in on some lines, yelchin pulled off a great young kyle reese. bloodgood was solid, howard was solid, common shouldn't quit his day job.
overall i give it b+

I agree with the comment about Common...as for the missing scenes...I heard McG intends on providing 30 mins bonus footage for the home release so I'm sure they will be included

Yeah you're right there was a lot of speech and dialogue missing from the final film. I didn't notice while watching.

I haven't read through all 4 or so Terminator Salvation threads going on right now so excuse for asking this if it's been asked before:

Linda Hamilton did the voice work for those tapes left to John, right? I know it was talked about last year but I didn't know if it was confirmed or not. I didn't stay to read the credits after the movie and she's not listed on imdb for this film.

Anyway, the performances were good, but I wish Bryce Dallas Howard and Common were given more to do. They really didn't do anything noteworthy in the film at all. I've seen a couple films starring Common and he's not a bad actor, it's just that this film gives him some lame lines and not much else.

it sounded like linda hamilton's locution and method of speaking, but her voice now is kinda raspy it was even raspy in t2. i think the might have altered it to make her sound like she did in the 80's. kinda like how they do the drunk audio :huh

i read that too, and then forgot about it. i also remember something about an alternate ending/endings. i read a few that mcg and the writers tossed around. none of them very good.

What I want to know is, if they got Linda for the tapes audio in this one, why didn't they just use the original recording from the first movie for that tape. It would matter if it sounded different from any other tapes she would had to have recorded for this movie because she may not have made them all at the same time in her life.
