I recommend calling them (much faster), but you can also contact them via email or through their website. They email you the shipping label for return shipping. You print it out and include the RMA number they send you inside the box, then give it to FedEx. I never had to give one to UPS, but they may go through them also. Your item then ships out to SS and they ship you a replacement that is hopefully better than the one you sent them.

Aside from the whoreable fabric they used(Gah! The pants!), I think she turned out great. I swear, she puts the ass in assome! But alas...
Eye shadow gone terribly wrong, the surface on her nose tip is uneven, permanent smudge smack dab on her bridge, etc.
Sigh...

She-Hulk is by far and away my favourite piece in my collection. I got the ex for this one and was really glad I did as the parking meter really adds something. Thankfully mine has no QC issues!
