I know, it's so weird that they can't give estimates. I bet they'd sell more if they did give us a maximum shipping cost or something, maybe even offer to pay the difference if shipping for some reason got higher. I mean, they must be able to estimate somehow how big and heavy the packaging will be, even if they're off by a inch or two.

Then they said that I should try looking through their website and picking out similar a weight item that was actually in stock and getting a quote for that instead to act as a comparison. Talk about useless.

I kind of feel that's something they should do for us themselves, if they want to try to sell their statues. Not saying they have a moral obligation or anything, I'm just saying it would be smart.

Oh I know. I mean It's their bloody product. How can they not know how much It's going to weigh? Thing is I'm sure weight is listed on the web page, so quite why they can't give me a correct shipping quote is anybodys guess.

My guess if that since the product might change slightly, and thus they need to wait to decide on how to design the box, and can't know for sure how much the box and statue will weigh, they might be slightly off on the shipping price, and don't think the risk is worth it, which I disgree on.

Just estimated shipping, or maximum price would be nice. Maybe they don't consider that people are afraid of insane shipping prices and don't order because of it.

I contacted their live help instead and was told to ship regular Willow, which is still in stock, woud cost 44.99USD. I asked about Spike, and they said since the size was similar (I noticed it weighed less, which I thought was weird) the shipping would be similar.

So right now I'm deciding on wherter I should go for the Spike or a Kindle.
