That was an awesome line, and reminded me of Jack's Joker in reference to Batman's gadjets, saying, "Where does he get all of those wonderful toys?"

I know they aren't even close, but it's similar in that they are both bad guys who are well aware that their guys are getting their butts spanked by the protagonist/hero/anti-hero.
