This will not be cheap even if it is mass-produced. The volume of 1: 6 is very large, and the output is not enough to be cost-effective. From the perspective of popularity and recognition, the order volume must not be high. Good crowdfunding is not very realistic, so from a rational point of view, it can only be made by hand if it has sufficient commercial value. HT or 3A will definitely not let this copyright go.

I'm interested if the production version looks good. This isn't a figure I would want to preorder from a company I know nothing about. Short Circuit was one of the cheesy fun movies from the 80s that is still somehow memorable.

i wouldn't pay 400 but only because i became greedy and out of display space lately, not because it doesn't deserve it. i'd still pay 300, but i guess it's not a problem because it won't be sold.

Sigh, had a feeling it would be something like that. Price seems reasonable but with only 5 made they're almost certainly gone by now. Oh well, maybe someday a company will produce this in large numbers.
