This is the biggy for me. I'm a huge fan of Jean and Famke. The resemblance is actually a bit better in hand. I think the eye makeup might need to be a bit more glamorous. I might go the whole hog and order a Geewhiz uniform.

Right, so Juggernaut's neck brace has been filed to fit. Can anyone think of any chest and shoulder armour that might fit such a massive torso and be 'screen plausible'? I browsed predator armour but I'm worried it will be too rigid to fit. I need something to lift the profile of the shoulders to close the hefty gap.

Here is my WiP placeholder Havok. Pabs Customs did the head for me. It's fractionally too big compared to the other figures so if anyone wants to order one, it might be an idea to downsize it a tiny bit but as Havok will be behind my core X-Men, I think he'll be fine...?

It's balanced on a Cyclops body. I expect I will repaint the piping white.View attachment 736984
Love Havok!!

Anyone know where I can get a Anna Paquin Rogue head? I want to do her in her Days of Futures Past movie outfit (the white/ gray jumpsuit). Any help will be appreciated!

If anyone is thinking about making a Fan Bing Bing Blink from X-men DOFP, there is a (in my opinion) great option now in terms of a base headsculpt, howetoys how004. That will probably be my next custom after my Kelsey Grammer Beast is finished.

Where can I get an x-men outfit or close to the black leather original x-men outfit?
It's really tricky. Gee Whiz have done a leather Storm uniform but, including postage for the body, it will cost around $800. I am tempted to go for it for my Jean, because I think Famke's version was perfection but no way can I afford that for all the other customs I need.

I have ordered some Star Trek uniforms via Pabs Customs. They are lower quality but so much cheaper than Gee Whiz who are the pinnacle in the industry. Pabs are experimenting with a printed furry chest plate for Beast to go under his open jacket. Once that is done, I will ask them to source a version of his jacket with sleeves (as I can't fur up his arms) to see how they do. If that looks OK, I will likely commission a male and female uniform. They don't request the bodies though so the fit may not be as good as Gee Whiz.

it does feel like there is a big gap in the market for clothes though. Maybe we need to approach institutions to show them that this can be a profitable side endeavour for textile students.
