Should SSC Make Firefly/Serenity figures

A bit over a week ago I thought I'd send the following question to SS, doubt it will ever see a published answer, but worth a shot:

I've noticed the number of times Sideshow has said they have no plans for Firefly/Serenity figures/PF's and above all else, I'm wondering why. Is it because the license is too hard to get (from what I understand, Serenity the movie is far easier to get then the TV series). Do you think its lack of interest (wouldn't the constant requests disprove that). Or is it that you think high-end collectibles like 12" or PF's of the main characters wouldn't sell (given how well the QMx Serenity replica seems to have sold, it appears quality items do sell). Or is it that Sideshow just doesn't like Firefly/Serenity?

They have the full license for Firefly, but only a replica license and stylized maquette license for Serenity. The 1/6th and high quality statue licenses for Serenity are still open.

Did anyone else get excited over this e-mail before they realised that it was a GI Joe figure:

I was wondering why they didn't name which character it was though, but I thought they just where secretive.

I'd be all for SSC adopting this license, but I'd only be interested in Premium Format pieces or 1:1 replicas. Somebody make this happen!
