It is. Sorta. Took the edges off the sides to allow the paper to expand and contract without wrinkling. If you have it closed in, the paper will only have forward to go and it wrinkles against the plexiglass. I flattened it out and rehung it like this. I like the illusion of no real frame.

I bought this poster as is from lforigno of custom Batman cape fame. I think he got them at the premiere? Dont remember, saw it for sale and jumped on it. Such a great piece. Thanks!

yeah it is a great poster. My fiancee actually took me to LA back in 2005 and close to where the movie was premiering there was a hotel lobby with the cast signing autographs and was lucky enough to have them sign it.

It's one of a series of 8mm condensed versions of the 1943 Batman serial. Back before home video, if you wanted to watch your favorite movies at home, 8mm or 16mm was your only option. I had a pile of 8mm films from Castle, Columbia, and Ken Films, including the entire set of Batman. Still got 'em, in fact.
