The excited c-3po topps card is real. I own one too.

This was in the last 70's before photoshop. Some artist added the feature with an airbrush. Nobody caught the prank until it was too late.

The fixed version is actually more rare than the dirty version.

Decided to cancel this one, with Hot Toys in the mix now I feel I need to be more picky plus I already have the alloy version of C-3PO which looks great.... At $230 the face just feels a bit off.
