Not suprised, I just got my issue with my Mark VI resolved with Sideshow's Customer Service, awesome customer service in my opinion.

Yeah they sent me a replacement vest sash/belt thingy that went to the Jedi Luke figure like three years after it came out. I had lost mine and just sent an inquiry offering to pay for one and I was not expecting a thing and one just showed up at my door a week later.

Nope. And as of last Friday, they don't either.

They may wave the cancelation fee since they wre shorted a case , I would call them. I can recomend an ebay seller or two.

Yeah. Comparable customer service is far and few between. While I only order exclusives from Sideshow, it's always worry free.

Sculpted a little flat top style hair on the Captain Rex head, added the facial scar and repainted. Didnt really like the hair on the SS Cody head. Cody's hair is shorter on the sides compared to the SS sculpt.
