It just seems wrong that they're going that cheap. Well at that price I guess I'm adding to my hobbit army. I feel a little foolish now about paying full price for my first set since all the others have been much cheaper although $16 each has been the cheapest I've ever seen. It's really a shame they're up there with the best figures Sideshow has ever made in my opinion.

I was unable to locate Sam and Frodo at brick and mortar hastings. I guess they sold out.

This was yesterday around 3pm that I saw the set.. of course the "stock" on the amazon/hastings websites come from the brick & mortar stores, so perhaps someone already bogarted the set.

Received my set of both Frodo & Sam within a week. Sam was in perfect shape, the Frodo box showed more wear than normal but the figure was perfect.

Received mine as well...$16 bucks apiece isn't bad, but the packaging was atrocious...LOTS of shelfwear!

They shipped mine seperatly but didn't charge more shipping which was nice but Sam was put in a huge box without any kind of packing protection so he was thrown around like crazy in there but the figure was fine once he was out of the box.
