Had to use RP on him. I was skeptical about him at first from the reviews but I love the light up feature on him can't wait. He will do until Ht makes one who knows when that will be.

My dad surprised me with this guy today. Said he used the Labor Day weekend coupon on him. R2D2 is my first SSC figure and I'm very impressed! He looks amazing in hand. No major complaints from me! I won't be looking for any future R2 1/6th scale figures.
Can't wait to see how great he'll look next to my (pre-ordered) HT Star Wars figures

Anyone been dealing with loose foot hinges? Tough to stand my R2 up on two legs. Too much swivel. Any others have this issue?

Not sure how wide spread it is but yes I also have that issue. Standing perfectly straight up he's fine (as long long as you don't bump him), but I cannot tilt him forward like he's projecting the hologram.
