I really like the look of this guy without the outer cloak and alternate bandolier style - has the look of the prototype costume.

I may go with this cloak-less look for my SSC Tusken and move his outer cloak to the custom I'm building. One less thing to need to grab, and I like how there's two distinct Tusken looks.

Would it be possible to do a clean body swap? Or are the hand pegs preventing that?

Love that second one - I'm making my second Tusken by using the outer cloak on one and the inner cloak on the other like you've done. I cast the face and painted it up, but I set the custom aside as I needed to find a way to get the real bandages to look good. I almost prefer the no-cloak look.

And that's some killer water treatment.

I was looking back on my old posts under my last Username in the Gammy thread,so did the same for the Tusken.

Yeah, love this pic. I seem to recall you recolored the outer cloak with paint? What else did you do, coco?

I ended up taking everything and soaking it in RiT color remover then bleaching it to get rid of the weathering SS did. Then I used diluted acrylics to color the outer robe.
